Where are you located?
We are based out of Chicago in USA.
How can I place my order?
You can place the order as either Guest or by creating an account. We recommend create an account for best customer service experience.
Do you keep ready Stock in USA?
Yes, we have been serving Chicago local market for last 13 years. We do carry lots of products in stock. You can filter products by “in stock” to get the product listing.
Can you alter to my size for the ready to ship items you have in USA?
Yes, most products can be altered based on standard measurement chart. If we can’t alter it to your size, we will immediately inform you and refund your payment.
What is Preorder?
Preorder items are either in production or soon to be received. We can customize those based on your specific size requirements. This keeps our cost lower and pass on the benefits to you.
I want to cancel my order ASAP. What should I do?
Go to “My Orders”, find your order and cancel it. Else call us or email us with instructions to do the same and we’ll do it for you. Your order cannot be canceled if it has been shipped and not yet been delivered to you. Please note we can accept cancelation requests only within 7 days of delivery date.
How long does it take to get preorder product?
Most preorder items are unstitched. Generally it takes about 10 to 15 working days to stitch and process your order. Please call or email us if you have very short time and want us to expedite.
What are custom measurement / tailoring options?
The prices listed for many of preorder items are unstitched. If you need those unstitched, you don’t have to pay extra for stitching cost. The custom tailoring options allow you to make outfit in your desired size.
I can’t open /see custom tailoring option?
This happens where your product is ready made and can only be altered. Please select standard size you need and we will alter it in per our standard measurement and ship you.
Can I buy Saree with unstitched blouse?
Yes, you can buy unstitched blouse. The tailoring is optional for all preorder products.
Is it safe & secure to give my personal information to you?
Yes, it's absolutely secure, we use your personal information to fulfill your order, and not for any other purpose.
I am having trouble processing payment online, what should I do?
First, make sure your credit card information matches your account information (name, address etc) entered on our website. If the issue not resolved still, please call your credit card company first. Sometime they create extra security measures. Please have them authorize the transactions.
If you still have the issue, please call us and we can guide you further.
Can I use my credit card which was issued in another country?
Yes, you can pay by credit card issued by any country in US dollars.
What is this billing address and why do you need it?
We do not need your billing address but the credit card issuing banks do. They need to information to process your payment. Make sure you have the listed the same address on website that you have on your credit card.
Do you store my credit card information?
We DO NOT store your credit card information. All the information is passed to the banks thru secure connections.
Are my transactions safe on your site?
Yes they are. We are secured site. All payments are processed by credit card processors like PayPal which are highly secured.
Can we pay through PayPal or western union?
Yes, you can use either PayPal or western union.
Can I use AMEX card?
Yes, we accept all credit cards.
Can I transfer the money through Western Union?
Yes you can transferred money through western union for it you have to first email us.
Refund & Exchange:
Can I return the product if I don’t like it? What is the procedure to return if I don’t like the product?
Yes, you can return the product if you don’t like it. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and return it within 7 day of receipt of your order. Please see the return policy for more information.
Will I get my money back?
Yes, If you cancel before your order has been processed you will get your money back within 3-7 working days. If you cancel after your order has been delivered, you will get your money back 3-7 days after we receive back the canceled products in our warehouse.
What do I need to do to ensure that I get my refund back?
Please follow the instructions in the cancelation email. You need to send the products in original packing with the invoice or order details. We will send back the refund in the same form as we have received payments. We will let you know if for some reason we cannot refund you payment in the form you paid us.
I want to exchange one or more of the items I purchased. How do I go about doing this?
If the product doesn’t fit you or is defective please call us and we will be happy to replace it or ship you a different size if available as per our return and exchange policy. Please note that the exchange product will be shipped out only after we have received back the original product.
Who pays for the shipping if I exchange or return?
We will pay for the shipping if the return is due to error on our side. Please read our shipping & return policy for more information.
I like the product I bought. But, I saw a new one and I want that one now. Can I exchange?
We do not allow exchange with other options but you can always cancel this order and place a new order for the product you want. As long as this change of mind is within 7 days of you buying the product from us.
If I need to send you back the item, where should I send it?
If you are in USA, Canada or Mexico, you can ship us back at our USA address. If you are based in other countries, you have to send the item to following address and email us the copy of courier receipt.

I want to return only one of the items that I bought as part of this order. Can I?
Yes, you can please go ahead and email us or call us and we will help you.
Refund / Discount
When will I get my money back after return?
Your money will be credited within 3-7 working days from the time we receive the returned product in our warehouse.
It’s been almost a week since I requested for a refund. I’ve still not seen it hit my bank account? This would happen either because your product has not reached our warehouse or your bank account details were incorrect. In either scenario please contact us immediately. Please note: - we completely understand your anxiousness and we want you to transact with us again, so we will do our best in ensuring your money reaches you.
Why do you charge for shipping? For lower order values, it becomes infeasible for us to provide free shipping. Hence we had set our order value limit for free shipping on order over $200.
Are there any hidden charges?
Not at all, the other charges you may incur will be for local taxes & shipping charges. There are no shipping charges for the order value is more than $200. In case you are charged any other charges over and above the invoice value please contact us immediately and we will rectify it.
