Shipping & Handling Charges
1) Shipping charges within USA (5-7 business days):
    One Item: US $15. Add US $15 for each additional item. Maximum shipping charges US $51. Free shipping on order over $200.

2) Shipping charges within  USA (3-5 business days) :
    One Item: US $26. Add US $10 for each additional item. Maximum shipping charges US $89, Free expedited shipping on order over $500

3) Shipping charges all countries other than USA (5-7 business days shipping):
    One Item: US $25. Add US $10 for each additional item. Maximum shipping charges US $69,

Except US/Canada, orders will be shipped only to the billing address.

Shipping Time:
Shipment will be made within 2 to 3 weeks of order confirmation where it is specified on the item as preorder and  where  alteration or custom tailoring is required.
Shipment of product where mentioned and does not require alteration or stitching will  be shipped as specified on the product detail  page. The shipment time is specified for all products sold.

International shipping
All International orders are notified via e-mail with the cost of Shipping and Handling (S&H). Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping outside of India will considered International shipping.

Hassle Free 7 Days Return / Exchange / Re-Alteration/ Re-Fitting Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept return of all our products for exchange or refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, we must have a liberal return / exchange policy. So if you are not happy with your purchase, return the merchandize to us for refund/exchange within 7 days of the purchase date as listed below*.

1] Return for Exchange: All UNSTITCHED / FABRIC ONLY outfits in special occasion dresses, saris/choli skirts, tunics/tops, men’s wear, accessories & jewelry can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for exchange (only one time exchange possible) with any other item of same or higher value. You only pay re-shipping charge and price difference with requested exchange item.
Examples:
i) Your order value is $100 + $15 shipping charge = $115. You exchange $100 item with other product from us valuing $106. You will pay $6 + re-shipping charges (see shipping charge section for more details).
ii) Your order value is $300 + $0 shipping charge (due to free shipping on certain order value). You exchange $300 item(s) with other product(s) at IndianfashionLInk.com valuing $310. You will pay $10 + re-shipping charges (see shipping charge section for more details).

2] Return for Refund: All UNSTITCHED / FABRIC ONLY outfits in special occasion dresses, saris/choli skirts, tunics/tops, men’s wear, accessories & jewelry can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We will refund the cost of the item less 15% re-stocking charges & shipping charge. Products under clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Examples:
i) Your order value is $100 + $15 shipping charge = $115. We will refund $100 – 15% = $85.

3] Return for Full Refund: We take pictures of each product before shipping to make sure that the product(s) being shipped are not damaged, exactly as shown at bombayboutique.net and custom altered/stitched as requested. However, due to oversight if we shipped you damaged product or the outfit with completely wrong measurements, we will happily accept the product back for full refund or exchange as per your wish.
In case # 3, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving products for further assistance.

4] For Custom Altered/Stitched Outfits: Please note that we do not accept return of custom stitched/altered, customized outfits/saris/dresses/etc. But many  times we have observed that customer(s) enter wrong measurements and need re-alterations for that perfect fit. To keep up the best customer relationship we will alter it at no cost to you. You will only pay re-shipping charges. If you fall into this situation don’t worry, simply call or email us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will make sure that the issue is rectified. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return / Exchange Instructions:
• Contact us by call / Email and get RMA #.
• Return for refund / exchange as specified above within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Write RMA # on the package so that our returns department can accept the package.
• Take a print out of your order copy and put in the parcel you are returning for prompt refund/exchange.
• If exchange requested: Put note inside the parcel for item sku #(s) required in exchange.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging – unworn / unaltered / without perfume or usage marks / with security tags on.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will promptly process your refund or exchange as needed. You will receive email from us as soon as refund is issued.

Any item returned without Return Authorization or ORDER CANCELED DURING PROCESSING will be charged 20% re-stocking fees for unstitched/fabric only and 30% re-stocking fees for the stitched/customized/altered items in addition to shipping charges payable as specified under our shipping section.

Order Returned Undelivered: Most of our  shipments require signature on delivery. However due to any reason, if the order returned undelivered, we can re-ship the order if you pay us re-shipping charges.  In other cases such as refund, we will deduct actual shipping cost or $25 whichever is higher and 25% re-stocking fees for unstitched/fabric only outfit/jewelry. For stitched / custom altered/custom made dresses/choli/saris/tops there will be 30% re-stocking fess above the shipping charge.

Do not accept package without obtaining certificate of damage if shipment being delivered is open or damaged. Once signed/delivered, it is considered as delivered in good condition. To file claim, you must provide us certificate of damage/loss issued by the shipper
